Brownie Guides are the second youngest members of the Guide Association. Waiting list permitting, girls may join Brownies any time after their 7th birthday, many of them will have already been Rainbows.

Following a settling in and preparation period the girls make their Brownie promise. 

'I promise that I will do my best: To love my God, To serve the Queen and my country, To help other people and To keep the Brownie Guide Law.'

Brownies do not wear uniform until they make their promise, but an ex-Rainbow may wear her Rainbow tabbard. Once they are 10 years old they can move 'up' to Guides if a space is available. 

We are a Brownie pack in Great Missenden District, Buckinghamshire, England. We meet on Tuesdays during term time at Prestwood Guide Headquarters.
