NOTE CHANGE OF VENUES This superb venue starts the championship off with an extended course. Frighteningly fast tracks, large drops and slippery firebreaks typify this vast site, a long time favourite of WRC drivers! Ellesmere, Shrops 4th-5th June Now a championship regular this site is a mixture of fast open fields, gravel tracks and more technical woodland sections. A summer date won’t guarantee the weather, but the prospect of dry conditions will make this a very fast event. An excellent and vast new site in the South West of Scotland within easy reach of the M6 provides another completely new challenge to the 2004 championship. A classic all weather site rounds off the championship in style. Expect plenty of water and loads of "air" as the competitors leap and splash their way around this dramatic "lunar" landscape. Sweet Lamb 29th-30th OctoberAn all time favourite, which has seen plenty of historical battles both in rallying and in off road competition. Sweet Lamb provides the perfect closing event. |

Coming up north for the Goodyear British Off Road Championship, why not make a holiday of it and compete or help out on the Hillrally the week before. All Wheel Drive Club. Britain's Cross Country Vehicle Association. Many of AWDC members are helping with and competing in the Goodyear British Off Road Championship. The site has recently been updated and the new discussion forum is definitely worth a visit. Many NORC members are helping with and competing in the Goodyear British Off Road Championship. The NORC website is worth a look and is regularly updated with event reports, results and some excellent photos. Co-Promoters of the 2001 4x4 Festival of Scotland, the Scottish Off Road Club is the all-marque 4x4 club in Scotland. The Land Rover and off road club for Scotland, SLROC members competed in and helped with the Scottish round of the Goodyear British Off Road Championship.

The Goodyear British Off Road Championship is officially sanctioned by the MSA. 4x4 Club listings Members of many of these off road clubs are competing in and helping out with the Goodyear British Off Road Championship.
