Paul Clackett

Paul Clackett is a proven competitor with good previous results from both competitive safaris and in Hillrallying.

Paul's stated aim is to enjoy his off roading, but he is no less ambitious for that, expect him to be pushing hard for class honours as the year progresses.  He will want to go one better than his second in class in the 2000 championship.

Paul's Range Rover has a long and interesting history starting life as his patrol car for his day job as a Traffic Policeman.  After having had a long and hard working life, Paul snapped it up at auction.  Retirement for D150 NOP is not pottering round country lanes on a sunday afternoon, instead it has undergone transformation into a serious Modified production class contender. Now with 4.6 power, there is nothing holding them back.

Paul is co-driven on Goodyear British Off Road Championship rounds by Simon Worship and on Goodyear National Hillrally Championship rounds by Michelle Jarvis.
