Run with us Welcome to the website of Beaumont Running Club. (If you are just starting to run please go to our Beginners Group page by clicking one of the Beginners Group buttons - or click here) Since its foundation in 1984, Beaumont R C has been a major participant in Leicestershire's running scene . We compete in the county's summer and winter road running league competitions, in local cross country series - and many of our members have run in major races nationwide and abroad. But you don't have to race. At least one of our training groups just enjoys running (and chatting) together. We welcome men and women runners of all abilities. This is in memory of 2 Leicestershire police constables who were unlawfully killed 10 years ago on the M42. Sponsorship proceeds from the ride will go the the Leicestershire Air Ambulance. In fact these four graduates of the first course enjoyed it so much that they returned to continue their race to fitness.
