· Inclusive of towels and bed linen with beds made up

· Regret no children under 10 years of age

· Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

· Arrive after 3 pm and depart by 10 am

· Telephone link to BT network for guest use

· Gas, electricity and telephone at cost from meter readings

· Pay utility costs through a Utilities Deposit - see below for further detail

· For weekly tariff see next page

· All rents per week and irrespective of the number of people occupying the house

· Deposit of one third at time of booking

· Remainder of rent due by 2 calendar months prior to arrival

· The Utilities Deposit for gas, electricity and telephone usage is £50, payable on final remittance. Unused credit is returned in week following holiday stay. Charges are: gas @ 50p per cu m, electricity @ 10p per unit and phone as per BT costs between tenancies.

· The Utilities Deposit is due with final payment

· Pets regretfully not allowed

· NO Smoking
