Reservations/Payment

Making a Reservation:

 

Telephone 023 8084 2460 for availability or stating what week or weeks you wish to rent. All reservations accepted by us will require us to receive a completed booking form within 7 calendar days from the date of the telephone booking. Send form to:

Payment:

 

Send completed Booking Form to us at the above address together with your remittance. If you are booking your holiday more than 9 weeks in advance you need only send a deposit of one third of the rent. Otherwise send the full amount together with utilities deposit. We will confirm all payments/bookings within 12 calendar days. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to ATS Cunningham. The names of all people who occupy the property for all or part of the holiday must be given in the Booking Form. Under no circumstances may other people than those specified on the Booking Form occupy the property.

 

Reception and Departure Detail:

 

Once full payment has been received we will send you details of the route by road from the M27 motorway. Between tenancies the property will be cleaned and checked to ensure that you have everything you need. Details will be left in the property of how to contact us if you need assistance in any way.

Guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy state as per booking conditions.

 

Cancellation of a Booking:

 

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Waterfront House. Any reservations cancelled will be charged for, if not re-let to another guest. A £25 administration fee will apply in all cases
