Elijah and May are seen here in the back garden of Louis Cottage.
Just behind them, on the right, is the old shed in which just about
anything could be found, as Elijah was a habitual hoarder.
His grandson, Ashley, who took this picture, remembers the shed
well and of the many ‘discoveries’ made in its darkest corners,
and of his granddad’s advice when the lad was trying to cut a
piece of wood (not very successfully!):

“Don’t cut it like that, it’s all on the ‘sosh’...”

Oh dear, I’m sad to say I never did live up to my granddad’s
expectations of me!
