TIME TO REFLECT IN HAPPY VALLEY

To the east of Cromer, just off the Overstrand road, is a walk through an area known as Happy Valley, leading up to Warren Park, with its meandering paths through trees knarled and grotesquely distorted by the harsh winds coming off the sea. A magical, almost fairy-tale place, where one can dream of days gone by, or sit on one of the seats to pause and breath in the bracing sea air invading the leafy glades.
