The Hearing into Vision Homes Appeal against DBC refusal of their 4th Application took place before Lloyd Rodgers, the Planning Inspector, at DBC Offices on 6th December 2011, followed by a site visit.
The Appeal was Dismissed in a decision letter issued on 12 January 2012
