This directory lists all the Locomotives, Trams and Rolling Stock that is known to have, and that that still does, work on the island’s five vintage systems, along with that which operated on the now closed Douglas Head and Marine Drive Tramway and Upper Douglas Cable Tramway.
Build dates, works numbers, types, numbers of seats, dimensions and disposal details are given for over 640 items of stock, bringing all this information together into one volume for the first time.
This directory has been compiled with the full co-operation of Isle of Man Railways and will be of interest to all those who visit the Isle of Man’s unique vintage transport network.
