King Cobras

Bidborough Colts Enjoyed a Magnificent Season in 2007.

The U11s won their Division, the U13s were runners up and the U15s came 5th in their respective Divisions of the Border League. The U9s came 3rd overall in Kent in the KCB Mini Super 8s competition.

The David Stevens memorial shield was also retained by an U14s friendly side - this event is competed annually against Leigh.

Welcome to the website of Bidborough Cricket Club Colts. The Club provides competitive cricket for young people in school years 3 to 10 via an established coaching programme, entering teams in local leagues and competitions.

Bidborough Cricket Club's home ground is the Arthur Nicholson Recreation Ground, located in the heart of the village of Bidborough, near Tunbridge Wells. Bidborough Sports Association provide Clubhouse facilities, and we have access to an all weather practice wicket and a mobile practice net.

We have four squads who practice and play on the recreation ground at least once each week during the cricket season. Players in school years 5 to 10 are also welcome to join us at Winter nets. These are run at the Judd School in Tonbridge between January and April.

Safe Hands

We offer opportunities to players of all abilities, and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable player friendly environment. The Club has adopted and implemented the ECB's Safe Hands - Cricket's Policy for Safeguarding Children. A copy is available in the Bidborough Sports Pavilion, from the Club's Child Welfare Officer, and can be downloaded from the ECB website
