Welcome to my website. 

I am an experienced model maker, and as I am professionally involved in the design of model railway products, I feel I am able to offer a competent service to those who require a kit built for their 4mm scale model railway.  I only build to 00 gauge, as then I am able to test the locomotive fully on my layout and test track before dispatch. 

In the Gallery section of the website you will see a small sample of the many locomotives I have built for customers over the past ten years or so. There are examples from each of the 'Big 4', some plain, some lined, and some still in plain brass. By offering such flexibility in my service I am more likely to be able to meet your demands at a price you think is reasonable. If you are able to take on the painting yourself then you will find that the cost will be less than you think.

So have a look through the gallery, and see if you can identify a gap in your loco stud that needs filling. If so, get in touch with me by email with an idea of what you want, and we can then take it further.

9th January 2008.  Can the gentleman by the name of Peter who phoned me last week while he was 'house-sitting' for his son, and who was interested in getting a loco built by me please contact me again, as the phone number I wrote down during our chat just gives me the 'number unobtainable' tone.  Thanks.

16th February 2008 I have redesigned my website. I have removed the pages showing ready built locos for sale, as there are now so few of them, and added a Gallery in which I have placed photographs of examples of some of the locomotives I have recently built. When I get some more suitable photographs I shall split the Gallery into sections, so come back regularly to see how long it takes me!
