About the Show

Winchcombe and Sudeley Horse Show is very popular with local riders but also attracts competitors from as far afield as Bristol and Birmingham. It is unique in providing a wide range of jumping classes in a beautiful, historical parkland setting.

Here, everyone is encouraged to have a go in a warm, friendly atmosphere, so it makes for a fun day out for all the family to come and watch, too.

Services on the field include hot and cold refreshments, ample parking and exercise space and a saddlery stall.

St. John’s Ambulance will attend and Peasebrook Equine Clinic will be on call

The Show will be supporting:

The Refurbishment of Winchcombe Guide Hall Kitchen for Community Use

and Crohns in Childhood Research Association

Thanks to generous sponsorship from 40 local businesses, we are able to raise £2,500 a year to support charities such as:-

 Battledown Centre Minibus

Crohn’s Disease in Childhood Association - Tewkesbury

Cotswold Riding for the Disabled Association

 County Air Ambulance

Motor Neurone Disease Association – Gloucester

 Winchcombe Day Centre.

In 2004, we presented a new horse ( “Winchcombe Willow”) and saddle to the Cotswold RDA

In 2005 we divided our profits between the Air Ambulance and Crohn’s Disease.

In 2006 we supported Motor Neuron Disease Association, Gloucestershire Branch

and Crohns in Childhood Research Association

Our Unaffiliated Horse Show was founded almost forty years ago
