Chocolate Curls – These are available in white, milk and plain chocolate and look fabulous on a marzipanned cake. Can be used on stacked designs or separate tiers.
Ganache – This is a mixture of melted chocolate and cream and can be poured over your cake to leave a smooth, dark finish. You can decorate the ganache with piped chocolate shapes if you prefer.
Whisked ganache - Can be used as a covering but is much lighter in colour and resembles a buttercream finish.
Chocolate sugarpaste - Our sugarpaste icing is available in a chocolate flavoured finish.
