[former] Primitive Methodist Chapel, Little Stretton
This chapel was built in 1867. The foundation stones were laid on Thursday 21st November 1867; a bottle containing the names of the trustees, a circular, a circuit plan, The "Christian Times", the "Christian World", the "Wellington Journal" & the "Shrewsbury Free Press" was deposited in the first stone. The chapel opened in 1868. The last meeting was held in 1940. The building was sold in 1959. The front has since been altered & covered in render, & is only just recognisable as a former chapel.
