[former] Whixall Methodist Chapel This chapel replaced the original Wesleyan chapel on the opposite side of the road. It was built in 1875. The chapel is no longer used for religious purposes, but has been converted to residential use. The owner said in March 2005 that it had been closed about 11 years. Grid ref: SJ 487343
