When the recipient receives the gift box, the leaflet lists the 26 John Lewis department stores and 4 Waitrose 'food & home' shops and how to make an appointment.

On the day, a representative from Imprints will take a soft clay print of the baby's hand and foot, together with details of their name and preferred glaze colour. The impression will be fired and glazed then mounted in a hand-finished box frame and delivered back to the store for collection.
