Perdita has thin layers of delicious Belgian chocolate surrounding either moist luxury chocolate chip cake or tangy lemon drizzle sponge.

Here the cake in the main picture has been beautifully decorated with gerberas, vanda orchids and anthuriums strategically placed around each tier. The top is also crowned with the same flowers, all made of sugar.
