Echo’s light and fluffy heart shaped victoria sponges are perfect for a warm English summer garden wedding.

There is a choice of two delicious flavours. Firstly the vanilla sponge which oozes rich butter cream and fruity raspberry or strawberry jam. Secondly, there is mouth watering Belgium chocolate ganache which is sandwiched between rich chocolate sponge cake.  Each individual sponge is lightly dusted with icing sugar and decorated with a luscious mouth-watering sun ripened strawberry.
