During the detachment to RAF Changi in July 1969 there was an opportunity for a weekend trip to RAF Kai Tak in Hong Kong. Shown below are some of the photographs taken.
RAF KAI TAK
Shortly after returning from this detachment I was posted internally as a matter of some urgency to form a specialist team dealing with Canberra flying control problems. I spent the remainder of my time at Cottesmore in the Canberra 2nd line servicing hangar and sadly had no further opportunity for photograhy.
