A new 5KM race on an out and back undulating/flat course from Coate Water Country Park along the Cycleway route 45 which is the majority tarmac with some hard gravel track.

Race HQ in the garden of The Sun Inn. What better place to unwind, refuel and rehydrate - sorted

Prize Draw – This will be drawn at the results presentation so make sure you stick around to see if you are the lucky winner of a Garmin Forerunner 50 . All entrants' numbers will be entered but you have to be at the presentation to claim the prize!

 arrive ready changed. Race numbers should be pinned to your 
front to aid our finish line Timekeepers. Results will be available
 within 48 hours on this website or pay 50p for postal results.

 and Veteran prizes for MV40, M50 & M60 and V35, V45 & V55
