May 2000 to present - Rawlinson & Hunter Chartered Accountants, Piccadilly, London

Senior corporate tax consultant in a leading tax practice. Experience includes managing (with virtually sole responsibility) compliance for a range of clients, and assisting on larger clients, including plc's. Also taking an active part in tax planning for companies, their shareholders and directors, including employee share schemes. Supervising and developing students and newly qualified staff. Responsible for disseminating information from Inland Revenue and other publications for use by all corporate tax staff.

Corporate tax consultant undertaking mainly compliance, working to a manager. Clients included small owner managed companies and major plc's. Planning work included company disposals and a large group relief planning exercise. Attended six three-day corporate tax seminars, together with numerous other training courses.
