|1871 Census||Age 12. Recorded as living at 12 Taylors Court in Portsea, Hampshire. Surname given as 'Quinn'. Place of birth recorded as 'Southsea'.|
|4th January 1879||May have given birth to Lydia Quinn at
52 Northam Street, Southampton. Although on the 1881 and 1891 censuses
Lydia is noted as being the daughter
Madagascar Quinn and Sarah
Quinn (nee Lane), it is likely that she is their grandaughter. On
Lydia's birth certificate, the column for
father's name contains '
