This service is free to members. A small donation is required for "trade" adverts. Our current (i.e. at August 2004) print run is well over 300 copies.
Occasionally a loco for sale is advertised in The Model Engineer or Engineering in Miniature.
There are a number of firms that deal in models, part-built or complete. The following usually have at least one 2½" gauge loco for sale :

In August 2004, Lynx had a "Dyak" in BR black livery for sale at £2,500.
Lynx also say they can repair or renovate locomotives for you, also will make parts.

In August 2004, View had recently sold a "Dyak" for £950, and have part-built "Olympiade", "Dyak" and 2-6-4T for sale.

In March 2004, they had a "Southern Maid" (in running condition) for sale at £795, and a dilapidated 0-6-0T (Eva May ?) for £350.
