In a quiet rural setting of several properties in amongst the vineyards - between Migron and Le Seure in Charente-Maritime (17) and close to the Charente (16) border.

 

Close to D121/D85 - and almost equidistant to Cognac (15km), Saintes (20km) and Matha (12km).

 

The Gite is large, airy with high ceilings and most rooms on the ground floor - the third large bedroom is on the 1st floor with its own shower-room/wc. It has its own private courtyard/garden, chai (storeroom/cellar and covered parking (all to the rear - picture 2); it shares the gardens (picture 3) and pool with the owners’ house - accessed via the front (shown below - picture 1).
