The next meeting of the Amenities Committee will be held in the Council Office, 1a Bushwood Close, off Dellsome Lane, Welham Green on Wednesday 15th February 2012 at 7.30 p.m. when your presence is summoned for the purpose of transacting the business outlined below.

2.     To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda.

3.     To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 18th January 2012.

4.     To follow up on Bungalow 2 matters

a.     Independent Surveyor

b.     Cleaning and carpets

c.      Radiator in bedroom

d.     To note that the threshold for the inner front door has been repaired.

5.     To consider Burns Pavilion matters

a.     Replacement of water heater for kitchen/bar with new water heater or new hot water pipe from boiler room

b.     Update on the rates query with the Valuation Office and planning application for variation of conditions for hiring of Burns Pavilion.

c.      Maintenance and decorating work being carried out.

d.     North Mymms Bowls Club letter re the condition of the chairs.

6.     To consider the hiring of the football pitch.

7.     To consider planting of the planters and flower beds in the Parish.

8.     To receive an update on the Allotments.

9.     To receive an update on the refurbishment of the Notice boards.

10.  To consider the report of the Clerk and Councillor Mrs Boulton on the HAPTC Property Management Course held on 9th February 2012.

11.  To receive Members reports on matters relevant to the Committee provided the agreed 24 hours notification has been given to the Chairman and the Clerk.
