2. To consider the reappointment of Councillor Horrocks as Chairman and Councillor Mrs Boulton as Vice Chairman of the Planning Committee.

3. To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda.

4. To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 25^th January 2012.

5. To receive a report on planning decisions.

6. To receive a report on planning appeals, if any.

7. To consider the current planning applications in the parish and decide the comment to be submitted to the planning authority.

8. To consider the planning application to Hertfordshire County Council for proposed construction and operation of an Anaerobic Digestion facility on land at Courses Farm, Courses Road, St Albans, AL4 0PD, responses to be submitted by 24^th February 2012 (email circulated 6^th February 2012, view documents on www.hertsdirect.org/planning, at Borough Council offices or by appointment at County Hall).

9. To consider the Hertfordshire County Council Waste Development Framework, consultation on the Pre-Submission Waste Site Allocations document, responses to be submitted by 19^th March 2012 (view on www.hertsdirect.org/wasteplanningconsultation or at County Hall).
