Meeting dates All meetings are open to the public. Please note the revised start times effective from 1st
November 2009. Venue Meetings are held at the Parish Council office. Full council meetings start at 7.45pm. The mid-month Amenities and Planning
committees evening starts at 7.30pm (Planning immediately follows Amenities
roughly at 8pm) and the month-end Finance Committee meets at 7.15pm. To find the office, which is adjacent to
the car park and Full council
meetings These are held on the last Wednesday of each month
except August and December. There is an
additional meeting on the first Wednesday in January (second if the first is
New Year’s Day). Dates are displayed on the Parish Council notice
boards. The standard agenda is given
below. Dates in 2009 are
7 and 28 January, 25 February,
25 March 29 April 27 May (Annual
Meeting) 24 June 29 July 30 September 28 October 25 November Dates in 2010 arranged so far Annual Public Meeting This is usually held on the last Thursday in March
starting at Finance committee This committee meets at Amenities and
building committee This committee meets about once a month as required,
starting at 7.30pm, and normally precedes a Planning Committee meeting. It is possible that there will be no
meetings in August and December. Planning committee This committee meets about every two or three weeks on a
Wednesday evening starting at 7.30pm, or after an Amenities and Building
Committee meeting. The month end meeting will be held after the full Council
