62. Apologies for absence

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Horrocks (unwell) and Wheeler (other commitment).

63. Declarations of interest

There were no declarations of interest.

64. Minutes

The minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 26^th October 2011 were approved as a true record and were signed by the Chairman.

65. Expenditure and accounts due for payment

The schedule of accounts due for payment in October of £21,924.75 was presented, including expenditure for payroll and direct debits of £8,116.89 already paid. However, it was agreed to donate £50 to Royal British Legion for the poppy wreath, the same amount as in previous years. After careful consideration of each item due the amounts were approved for payment in full.

66. Bank reconciliation

The bank reconciliation as at 31^st October 2011 was considered and noted.

67. Transfer of funds

The letter to NatWest Bank to transfer £15,000 from business reserve account to current account was approved.
