WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE
It
was noted that the Parish Council had received Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
Planning News update and a questionnaire.
b)
HERTSMERE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Councillor Horrocks said he had read the Hertsmere Local
Development Framework on social housing which did not appear to concern the
Parish Council. However, it was
noted that they were planning 15 dwellings per ½ hectare.
c)
LETTER FROM
PARISHIONER – EXTENSION TO SERVICE STATION
Cllr Horrocks had prepared and circulated
a response from the Parish Council to the concerned parishioner regarding the
planned extension to the service station in

Following concern it was noted that the pillars to the
front boundary wall being built at the above property were of the permitted
height.

Councillor Mrs Race advised that she had noted that the
planning application for waste handling on the above site had changed, possibly
