a) Gypsy & Traveller Accommodation in East of England

 

It was noted that the Planning Inspectorate had written to the Parish Council to inform them of an Examination in Public they are proposing to hold on 20 October 2008, with a preliminary meeting planned for Friday 25 July at the Spirella Ballroom in Letchworth starting at 10.30 am.

 

The Clerk said that Councillor Hastings had expressed his willingness to attend the preliminary meeting on behalf of the Parish Council if Councillor Horrocks is unable to attend.

7.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING

 

            A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 11 June 2008.  The Clerk apologised in advance for her absence from this meeting.
