            Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs M Race.

2.         MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

            Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 12 November 2008 were adopted by the Council at its meeting earlier this evening.

3.         MATTERS ARISING

 

            i)  Land at Green Close

 

Enforcement action has been suspended pending an appeal.

 

4.         APPEALS

 

i)  Land at 46-48 Peplins Way  -  appeal refused by the Planning Inspectorate.

 

ii)  72 Bell Lane  -  an appeal has been lodged and it was agreed to write and request a copy of the Inspectorates report.
