            Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs M Race.

2.         MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

            Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 7 January 2009 had been agreed and adopted by the Council at its earlier meeting.

3.         APPEALS

 

Land at Green Close and Station Road - It was noted that a public enquiry was scheduled for 25 February 2009.  The Parish Council has requested a copy of the Inspectorates report.

 

72 Bell Lane – the appeal hearing will be held on 17 March 2009 at Campus West.  The Parish Council has requested a copy of the Inspectorates report.

 

Land off Swanley Bar Lane  -  the appeal has been dismissed.
