2.         MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

            Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 28 January 2009 were agreed and due to be presented to the Council for adoption at its next meeting.

S6/2008/421 – Upper Farm, Bell Lane - It was noted that an appeal hearing has been arranged for 4 March 2009 at 10 am in Campus East.

a Councillors R Horrocks and C Everard declared an interest in these applications as committee members of the North Mymms Green Belt Society and took no part in either discussion or decision.

 

6.         ANY OTHER BUSINESS

 

a)  WHBC CONSULTATION – CORE STRATEGY

 

It was noted that the WHBC Core Strategy Consultation had been arranged for 25 March 2009 between 2 – 8pm at the United Reform Church, Brookmans Park.

 

b)  ROYAL VETERINARY COLLEGE

 

Councillor Mrs Boulton said that she had spoken to Professor McKellar from the RVC requesting dialogue.  It was agreed to write and invite representatives from the RVC to meet with the North Mymms Parish Council on a mutually convenient date to give our members the opportunity to discuss what problems RVC were facing and how they and the Parish Council could work together to help alleviate them

 

7.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING

 

            A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 25 February 2009 following a meeting of the full Council that commences at 8 pm.
