          There were no apologies for absence

 

2.       MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

          Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 28 January and 11 February 2009 were agreed and adopted by the Council at its meeting earlier in the evening.

3.       APPEALS

 

47 Peplins Way – It was noted that the appeal had been dismissed

 

S6/08/1236 – 45 Bullens Green Lane.  It was noted that the appeal hearing had started on 19 February and it was agreed to request a copy of the Inspectorate report

It was agreed that Cllr Horrocks would investigate and report back to the next planning meeting

          A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 11 March 2009 following a meeting of the Amenities and Building Development Committee that commences at 8 pm.
