2.       MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

          Minutes of Planning Committee meetings held on 25 February and 11 March 2009 were agreed and adopted by the Council at a meeting earlier in the evening.

It was noted that a drop in session had been held at the Brookmans Park URC earlier in the day and all Councillors were urged to consider completing a response form.

          A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 15 April 2009 following a meeting of the Amenities & Building Development Committee that commences at 8 pm.
