Minutes of a meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Wednesday 13 May 2009.

Councillor Horrocks requested that a vote of thanks be recorded to Councillor Everard for chairing the last two planning meetings in his absence.

          Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Mrs Teresa Travell and Peter Hastings.

2.       MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

          Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 29 April 2009 were agreed and are due to be adopted by the Council at its next meeting.

 

3.       MATTERS ARISING

 

          S6/2009/556 – 9 Pine Grove

 

Due to the absence of our Chairman of Planning we were unaware at our last meeting that this was not a new application.  As the garage has been relocated back to ground level and the front elevations remain as three storey, the Planning Officer had asked us to withdraw our objection and following consultation and a review of the application, our objection was withdrawn.
