2.       MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

          Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 27 May 2009 were due to be presented to full Council for adoption at its next meeting on 24 June 2009

It was noted that the WHBC was now in limbo awaiting a written court decision.

Councillor Horrocks said that Councillor Mrs M Race had confirmed that she was happy to act as Vice Chairman of the Planning Committee as proposed in her absence at the meeting following the Annual Council Meeting on 27 May 2009.

          A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 24 June 2009 following a meeting of the full Council that commences at 8pm.
