1.       APOLOGIES

         

          There were no apologies for absence.

2.       MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

          Minutes of Planning Committee meetings held on 27 May and 10 June 2009 were adopted by the Council at its meeting earlier in the evening.

 

3.       MATTERS ARISING

 

Cllr Horrocks apologised for not attending the WHBC Planning Meeting to object to the amended plans for High Trees, Leggett’s Park but it was too late to book an appointment to speak.

 

He said that in future he would book to speak in advance so he could cancel if necessary.

 

4.       APPEALS

 

S6/2009/23  Unit 3, Woodside Lane, Bell Bar – it was agreed to write maintaining our objection, say that Councillor Horrocks would like to speak at the public enquiry and request a copy of the Inspectorates report,

          A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 8 July 2009 following a meeting of the Amenities & Building Development Committee Meeting that commences at 8pm.

 

 

NB      Councillors Mrs M Race and P Hastings apologised in advance for their absence from the next meeting of the Planning Committee.
