            Minutes of Planning Committee meetings held on 24 June and 8 July 2009 were approved and adopted by the Council at its meeting earlier in the evening.

^a Councillor P Hastings declared an interest in these applications and took no part in either discussions or decisions.

 

 

6.         ANY OTHER BUSINESS

 

a)  2 Bradmore Way –  This application was deferred until the next WHBC Planning Control Meeting on Thursday 6 August 2009 and it was agreed that Councillor Horrocks  would represent the Parish Council on this occasion to maintain its objection.

 

b)  16 Brookmans Avenue – It was agreed that Councillor Horrocks would also speak at the above meeting and maintain the Parish Councils objection.

 

c)  Rookery Café  -  It noted that enforcement action was being recommended and this also was scheduled for the next WHBC Planning Control meeting.

 

d)  DataSpace Consult Invitations

 

It was agreed that the Clerk would write to WHBC to say that the DataSpace Consult Invitations had different call-in dates to those on the weekly lists, and that the North Mymms Parish Council would continue to abide with the call-in dates on the weekly lists, subject to confirmation from WHBC that they would accept our comments and objections up to this date.

 

7.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING

 

            An extra meeting was arranged for Wednesday 5 August 2009 to cope with the backlog of planning application, commencing at 8 pm.
