a Councillors C Everard and R Horrocks declared an interest in these applications as committee members of the North Mymms Green Belt Society and took no part in either discussions or decisions.

 

b Councillor Mrs J Boulton declared an interest in this application and took no part in either discussion or decision.

 

 

4.       ANY OTHER BUSINESS

 

a)  Green Close Hoarding –  It was agreed to withdraw the Council’s objection to this application.

 

b)  Unit 3 Woodside Lane – It was agreed that Councillor Horrocks would attend the appeal hearing scheduled to take place at Campus West on 29 & 30 September 2009.

 

c)  Mymmwood House  -  It was agreed to suggest that the concerned parishioner should contact Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council regarding the current building works.

 

d)  WHBC Planning Control Meeting

 

Councillor Horrocks agreed to speak at the above meeting scheduled for Thursday 6 August 2009 to maintain the Council’s objections to applications for 16 Brookmans Avenue and 2 Bradmore Way.

          A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 19 August 2009 commencing at 8 pm.
