2.         MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

 

            Minutes of Planning Committee meetings held on 29 July, 5 August, 19 August and 9 September 2009 were agreed and adopted by the council at its meeting earlier in the evening.

a Councillors C Everard, R Horrocks and V Weeks declared an interest in this application as committee members of the North Mymms Green Belt Society and took no part in either discussion or decision.

a)  WHBC Planning Control Meeting

 

At the next meeting of the above a proposal will be made that there should be a consultation forum for planning applications for over 50 houses.

 

7.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING

 

            A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 14 October 2009 following a meeting of the Amenities and Building Development Committee that commences at 8 pm.
