a)  East of England Plan

 

it was agreed that Councillor Horrocks would draft a response from the Parish Council for circulation to all members for consideration at the next Council meeting.  The closing date for responses is 20 November 2009.

b)  USB Pen Drive

 

Councillor Storey said that Councillor Horrocks should be reimbursed for using his own USB pen drive to download plans for the Planning Committee Meetings.

6.         DATE OF NEXT MEETING

 

            A meeting has already been arranged for Wednesday 28 October 2009 following a meeting of the Council that commences at 8 pm.
