Soups
All of our soups
are made by hand in small batches, using traditional methods.
All of the vegetables used are of the finest quality. Using
a range of fresh, local, organic, herbicide and pesticide
free produce whenever possible. They are all suitable for
vegetarians and are gluten free. Therefore producing tasty
quality soups.
They contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
The range of soups are designed to emulate the seasons,
so if you have a seasonal favourite, it is suitable for
home freezing. This way you can enjoy its flavour later
on in the year. The range of soups includes: Asparagus -
Beetroot - Broccoli & Binham Blue - Carrot, Red Onion
& Sweet Chilli - Leek & Potato - Mushroom -Norfolk
Summer Vegetable - Pea & Mint - Roast Pumpkin - Spicy
Parsnip - Vegetable.
Over the last
year this side of the business has grown. We also produce
Jams, Chutneys, Cakes, Quiches and Christmas puddings to
die for.
Cakes: Chocolate
Sponge, Coffee Sponge, Victoria Sponge, Moist Fruit Cake,
Treacle and Ginger Cake & Christmas pudding... to die
for! (avaiable in 3 sizes).
Quiches: Broccoli & Binham Blue, Goats Cheese &
Red Onion, Quiche Lorraine, Pepper, Salmon and Asparagus
& Vegetable.
Other Pastries: Sausage and Onion Lattice, Savory Binham
Blue Cheesecake & Spinach, Feta and Sundried Tomato
Parcel.
Jam: Blackcurrant, Raspberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla, Serville
Marmalade, Strawberry & Victoria Plum preserve.
Chutney: Beetroot, Norfolk Piccalilli, Red Onion Marmalade,
Rhubarb and Ginger, Ripe Tomato, Spiced Plum & Spicy
Apple.
If you wish to place a specific order, please contact the
outlet you wish to collect it from. However if you wish
to collect it from us at Fakenham Farmers Markets or other
event (Please see the events page), please contact us directly.
We are also happy to send by mail order the jams, chutney
and Christmas puddings.
