We hold twice-monthly naturist sessions at the Aqua Springs sauna & spa suite, which is part of Colchester Leisure World, Cowdray Avenue, Colchester. This Mediterranean-themed, facility, among the finest in the country, offers an experience unrivalled in the South East.

Found at the heart of Aqua Springs and contains thousands of fine water jets which gently massage the entire body to ease away muscle tension.

Sit back and let the Hydrotherapy Spa rejuvenate and invigorate your whole body. Let the jets of combined air and water relieve and soothe aches and pains.

The combination of high temperature and humidity in the Steam Room complemented by fragrant essence can help increase blood circulation, relax tense muscles and offers many other therapeutic benefits.

Revitalise with a swim in the Cool Pool (with waterfall) or a quick dip in the Ice Cold Plunge, boosting the cardiovascular system and sealing pores. Experience an intense feeling of wellbeing.

Enjoy noticeable benefits after detoxifying in one of four saunas of differing size, heat and humidity - flushing through impurities and resulting in glowing, healthy skin.

These club sessions take place on the first and third Saturdays of every month (note that this is not every fortnight as there are five Saturdays in some months). Sessions run from 6.15pm to 10.00pm, except during the summer months of June to September inclusive when they run from 6.15pm to 8.45pm. For everyone’s benefit we do our best to maintain a balance of the sexes at these sessions but within this limitation we are pleased to welcome non club naturists on a try it and see basis. Prested Hall (UPDATED - 21st December 2008) .

Prested Hall, Feering, are running naturist swimming and sauna sessions for us on the second and fourth SUNDAYS of every month this year. There is a lounge area which has recently been fitted out and serves food. Sessions run from 6pm to 9.30pm, £5 per person.
