RAYNET, The Radio Amateurs’ Emergency Network is the UK’s national voluntary communications service provided for the community by licensed radio amateurs. Buckinghamshire RAYNET is the collective name given to the 3 Groups that look after events in Buckinghamshire.
This is the area covered by Buckinghamshire RAYNET. It is split into 3 groups, effectively covering the North (Milton Keynes), the central belt (Aylesbury) and the South (Mid Thames). In addition, the groups share resources for larger events and also assist neighbouring regions when appropriate.
