Villa Kristina is a spacious, detached two bedroom villa, with spectacular and panoramic Mediterranean and mountain views. It is situated amongst the hills overlooking Kalkan, a very short drive from the town, harbour and amenities. The villa accommodates up to four persons in comfort. It offers a peaceful and tranquil environment, having its own pool and terraces, and with the added advantage of a much larger communal pool on the same level, shared with only six other villas. The large communal terrace also has a small bar with tables and chairs for use of villa guests. The villa accommodation comprises a large open plan living and dining room with superb views of the bay. An archway leads to the sitting room with TV and DVD player and large coffee table. Next to this is a kitchen with hob, small oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A glazed door leads from the living room to covered terraces adjacent to the private pool, and a few steps on the same level lead to the large, shared infinity pool. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a large family shower room. The large master bedroom has a pleasant sitting area as well as a covered terrace and balcony both overlooking the sea. The second bedroom is a good-sized twin bedded room with wardrobe and dressing table. Outside the villa there are ample sun beds and parasols, a gazebo and a tiled terrace with table and chairs for outdoor living. The large shared terraces around the pool also contain tables and chairs next to a bar for the use of villa guests. The private pool measures 7mx4m (0.5m—1.5m), and the large shared infinity pool 12x8m, both with pool steps. There is also a pool shower and toilet. The villa is set amongst very attractive gardens with ample parking. There is twenty four hour security with a resident caretaker on the site. Guests are provided with a welcome pack on arrival containing provisions and drinks. There is also a villa handbook with useful information, maps and guides. |
