About ARCH
|
|
ARCH is a network of people committed to the UN Convention on the rights of the Child.
It supports children's civil rights, and their right to have their views on
educational issues which affect them considered within the family, within
schools and at national level in future planning and decision-making.
ARCH members are children, parents, educators and anyone else with an active and sincere interest in ensuring that children are respected and fairly treated.
ARCH is supported by
an expert board of directors
who involve themselves closely in ARCH’s day-to-day work
ARCH works for political representation, undertakes
research and publishes information
Membership of ARCH is free and open to anyone who has a commitment to ensuring that children's voices are heard and acted upon.
Donations towards our running costs are gratefully received to ensure that we can continue with our work.
ARCH members have the opportunity to participate in opinion-gathering, from which a mandate for future action is taken.
