the news page, a new improved draft guidance has now been released. There is a
full 12 weeks of consultation as requested by the Home Ed community and initial
opinions from the HE community are positive
Curiously, the
Scottish Parent Teacher Council, who seem to want to have an opinion about
something that is not of their world, have likened HE parents to mass murderer
