Sing Abba! - Spring 2010


Enjoy Your Voice
Delicious and lots of fun. International rounds and harmony songs, contemporary, gospel and pop. Exercises for breathing and rhythm and improvisation games.
Learning by listening.
Usually small groups of 10-15 people.
No previous singing experience necessary. Good practise for the confident singer through to the terrified!




The Singers Upstairs

A friendly and vibrant group on Wednesday afternoons, 1-3pm, at The Upstairs Space (off East Street, Ashburton). Cost £6.
Singers and non-singers welcome to join this lovely Enjoy Your Voice group.






Autumn Big Sing




Sing Abba!

Friendly, informal singing workshop for all abilities, with Vicky Hadland and Roz Walker.
Come along and learn some Abba songs in glorious harmony. Fancy dress optional!

Come along and escape the Christmas madness.
A gentle singing workshop with Vicky, Tao, Nicola and Sophie.
Heartfelt songs for peace on the Solstice - singing in beautiful harmony in soft candlelight.
No singing experience necessary and learning by listening.

Singing for the over-50s.
Supported by Age Concern and POPs.
Learning by listening. Singing in harmony in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Make friends over tea and biscuits.

Sasa
Awakening the spirits with Polynesian Sasa! Sitting hand dances with clapping, actions and sounds.
I teach some basic patterns from Samoa which is tremendous fun. We finish with a South Sea Island song. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion.
Suitable for all ages.




Songs from Eastern Europe / Circle Dance Days
A morning session (11am - 1pm) of harmony singing with Vicky in a beautiful country setting near Bridgewater.
Circle Dancing in the afternoon with singing and live music. Bring lunch to share.
